Delivery of your first order can only be to the address at which your payment card is registered. Subsequent deliveries can be made to an alternative address.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All delivery timescales are subject to delivery slot availability. Delivery within the UK of packets which qualify as Large Letter or Small Parcel under Royal Mail's definition will be posted First Class. Other packets for delivery within the UK and packets for delivery outside the UK will be dispatched using a postal or courier service selected by Good Sheet Music.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Good Sheet Music shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
You will pay only one delivery charge per order. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
If you need to return a product purchased from Good Sheet Music then you have 28 days to do so. The returned goods must be in no worse condition than when you received them.
The goods should also be returned with their original packing.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Cancellation can be made by post or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the order number. If you cancel your order you should return the goods to Good Sheet Music as soon as practicable. The amount you paid for the goods (but not the amount paid for delivery) will be refunded if monies have already been taken.
